I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The location is fantastic, right next to the cable car station, making it perfect for a skiing trip. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make sure I had a great stay. The food at the hotel was delicious and they even gave me an extra meal in the afternoon, making it feel like I had full board. The hotel also had amazing facilities, including a swimming pool, wellness area, and sauna, which were perfect for relaxing after a long day of skiing. this place exceeded my expectations and provided a luxurious and comfortable experience.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The hotel is conveniently located near the local station, making it easy to get around the area. there is a loading dock area nearby for those needing to transport goods. the neighbourhood is full of great restaurants and cafes, providing plenty of options for dining out. the rooms are spacious and comfortable, with excellent bathroom amenities and helpful staff.
The hotel's dinner options left something to be desired.

the staff members were friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities, including the swimming pool and spa, were well-maintained and clean. we appreciated the ample parking spaces available, making it easy for us to park our vehicle. Lastly, the hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to nearby transportation and a loading dock area.
Didn't dislike anything about the hotel.

Spent xmas at this hotel. Loved the location as it was easy to access the lift and had good parking options around. the food was delicious and really added to the holiday spirit. the indoor pool was clean and perfect for a quick swim.
We were disappointed by the hotel atmosphere. the lobby and main entrance were not welcoming as the air was filled with cigarette smoke.

Great food and helpful staff. The swimming pool was a nice bonus, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the area. The stunning views of the mountains from the hotel were breathtaking. the location was ideal and close to all the city's main attractions.
Most of the information was only available in German, which could be frustrating for non-German speaking guests. , while the rooms were nice, some areas of the hotel could use a bit of updating.
